Great to meet you!

I am a LCSW, and currently work with adults and couples. I work with many people who experience a wide array of life changes and challenges. I support my clients by being non-judgmental and realistic. Working collaboratively and utilizing the therapeutic relationship to the fullest, I aim to help clients take what is learned into their world.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is integrative and client-centered, drawing from various evidence-based practices to tailor treatment to each individual’s needs .I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship and together we will build a very close and intimate relationship, also referred to as a therapeutic relationship. I work diligently to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel heard and supported.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can be nerve wrecking when you first start and a huge relief by the end of your first session. Expect a calm, supportive, and non- judgmental environment. Expect to gain understanding and insights that you may have never noticed, and expect slow and gradual change in your thoughts, feelings, and actions moving forward.
