Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I help individuals manage anxiety, depression, and substance use, amongst other issues. With experience in inpatient, outpatient, and higher education settings, I’ve worked with diverse groups, including college students and individuals from various cultural backgrounds. This experience allows me to tailor my approach to meet each person’s needs. Together, we’ll develop a personalized plan to build resilience and create lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I use an individualized approach with techniques like CBT, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused methods to address anxiety, depression, and substance use. I believe in a collaborative, strengths-based process and use humor to create a safe, engaging space for growth. Together, we'll find practical, tailored solutions to help you move forward with confidence and resilience, making therapy a space for both meaningful change and moments of lightness.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll chat about your goals and gather some key info to help me figure out how I can best support you. As your therapist, I aim to create a welcoming, relaxed space where you can be yourself and feel heard—no judgment here! We'll focus on your unique needs, find practical strategies for growth, and tackle the tough stuff. While we’ll address the challenges, I’ll make sure the process is collaborative and supportive every step of the way.
