Welcome - I'm so glad you're here! I know finding a therapist can be daunting, but it is so worth it when you find someone you can trust. Whether you are navigating a new challenge life has thrown at you or are choosing to tackle a longstanding problem, I would be honored to be part of your team. Clients from all walks of life are welcome. I value clients' diversity and aim to treat each individual as holistically as possible. If you are looking to grow yourself and your relationships into the best that they can be, I would love to meet with you and accompany you on that journey.

I have worked with individuals ranging from children to seniors dealing with issues including depression, anxiety, bipolar, OCD, PTSD, self-harm and more. Every individual is unique, and your treatment should be too. I tailor my approach to each client, aiming to create a therapeutic relationship that is comfortable and engaging. I am a firm believer that everyone can benefit from therapy. My goal is to help you live the life you want, taking control of writing your own story.

In our first session together, I'll ask questions to get to know more about you and your reasons for starting therapy. I'll also provide a chance for you to ask any questions you might have about me or our work together. We'll set goals for growth that are attainable and that you can start working toward right after our first session!
