Great to meet you!
I believe that everyone deserves a space where they feel seen, heard, and accepted without judgment. With nearly 20 years of experience in behavioral health, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals and families through life's most difficult moments, including anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, trauma, recovery, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.
I earned my Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy with an emphasis in co-occurring disorders and am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Throughout my career, I've worked across a variety of settings, including community mental health, outpatient services, crisis intervention, residential treatment, school-based services, and supportive programs for underserved communities. These experiences have shaped my belief that healing looks different for everyone and that therapy should honor each person's unique story, strengths, and goals.
I'm especially passionate about working with adults who have spent much of their lives caring for others, navigating overwhelming responsibilities, or feeling like they have to carry everything on their own. My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself, build practical coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
