Great to meet you!

I am passionate about providing a safe space to work through the issues and circumstances that have brought you to seek therapy and will support you in identifying goals and strategies for achieving a balanced and fulfilling life. I am a firm believer that the therapeutic relationship is the most important tool for generating the insight and motivation to make meaningful progress and change, and together we will work to establish an authentic connection and collaboration to meet your goals.

My approach to therapy

My clinical areas of specialty and expertise include working with college students, young adults, LGBTQ+, and women - particularly around parenthood and work/family balance. I work with individuals on stress management, anxiety, depression, ADHD, family dynamics, social/relationship challenges, and professional and life transitions.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental, and healing space for individuals seeking meaningful connection, growth, and self-discovery. Given that each person’s needs are unique, I generally tailor my approach and interventions to fit my client’s personality, preferences and comfort level, but utilize humor, warmth, and a strengths-based perspective in all of my work.
