Great to meet you!

You’ve spent enough time trying to fit yourself into boxes that were never made for you.

Maybe you’re overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected from yourself, or simply feeling like something needs to change. Maybe you know exactly what you want to work on or maybe you just know that the way things are now isn’t working anymore.

Wherever you’re starting from, therapy doesn’t have to be about fixing who you are. It can be about understanding yourself more deeply, reconnecting with what matters to you, & creating a life that feels more authentic, fulfilling, & yours.

That’s where I come in!

I offer virtual therapy Monday–Friday, 10 AM–11 PM, & I’m super flexible when it comes to scheduling!

I work with adults navigating life transitions, disability, LASIK eye surgery complications, visual impairment, blindness, chronic pain, chronic illness, neurodivergence, sexuality, stress, trauma, relationship challenges, anxiety, self-esteem, women’s health, LGBTQ+, & moments when life simply feels like too much. Just to mention a few areas of specialty!

I’ve had the privilege of supporting many different populations & diverse experiences, bringing flexibility & insight to support each person’s unique lived reality & strengths. Together, we’ll create a space just for YOU where you can explore, heal, & grow without judgment, without pressure; just support that lifts you up!

My approach to therapy

Therapy should be as unique as YOU are, & my approach is warm, integrative, holistic, & designed to evolve to be exactly what YOU need at any given time! I believe every part of your life is connected, so we’ll look at the whole picture not just symptoms. Your relationships, work, home life, identity, health, values, environment, strengths, & lived experiences all play a role in your well being. Together we'll explore how these pieces interact to support meaningful, lasting change.

Therapy is many things! It’s mental health care, a safe place to process emotions, a source of guidance, a support system & a way to connect with tools & resources that help you thrive! It’s always evolving, just like YOU! It is my job is to meet you wherever you’re at, supporting every step, every feeling, & every part of YOU!

Because no two people are the same, I draw from a variety of approaches to tailor therapy to your unique needs. Depending on your goals, we may incorporate Person Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), experiential techniques, Existential Therapy, Choice Theory, & other approaches that best support your growth.

We might use talk therapy, mindfulness, creative exercises, practical strategies, examine the environments you interact with most, whatever strategies fit YOU!

Therapy should be ever evolving to meet your needs! You deserve a space where you can shine, be fully yourself, & take the steps that feel right for YOU!

There's no "perfect" time to start therapy. Whether you're seeking healing, growth, clarity, or simply a space that's yours, together we’ll reconnect with your strengths, & help you move toward a life that feels more authentic, fulfilling, & uniquely yours!

What you can expect from me

Your first session is about getting the big picture not just a list of symptoms.

We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what’s been happening in your life, what feels difficult right now, & what you want to be different. But I also want to understand the pieces surrounding it. We may explore your relationships, work, home environment, identity, values, routines, strengths, stressors, & the experiences that have shaped how you see yourself & the world around you.

I don’t expect you to walk in with perfectly defined goals or know exactly what you “need” from therapy. Sometimes you know exactly what you want to change; sometimes you just know that something isn’t working anymore. We can start there.

Rather than immediately putting you into a box or following a one-size-fits-all treatment plan, our first sessions help us figure out what actually fits YOU. We’ll start identifying patterns, priorities, strengths, & areas where you may want support, then use that information to build goals that are meaningful to your life.

You can also expect therapy to be interactive. Depending on what you need, we may talk, reflect, brainstorm, use creative or experiential exercises, introduce a practical strategy, or simply spend time making sense of something that has been difficult to put into words.

My goal isn’t for you to leave your first session with your entire life figured out. It’s for us to leave with a clearer picture of where you are, where you want to go, & what might help you get there. From there, therapy can continue to evolve as your needs, goals, & life evolve.
