Great to meet you!

Hi! I’m Kalie and I am excited to offer person-centered therapy for individuals and families in their journey to personal growth and better self understanding. With my background in adventure therapy, ABA, cognitive behavioral therapy, and family dynamics, I offer a compassionate and collaborative approach to therapy that is tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.

I have experience working with a diverse range of issues, including:

Anxiety, Depression, and ADHD

Relationship Difficulties

Life transitions and growth

Stress Management and Coping

Trauma

My approach to therapy

In our sessions, my goal is create a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly. I believe that the client is the expert in their life experiences and that the therapeutic relationship works best when the client can be 100% themselves.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I will spend our time learning about what you want to gain from therapy while ensuring we are a good therapeutic fit for one another. During the session my goal is to ensure you feel safe and heard no matter what has brought you to the session. I encourage you to bring your full self with all your quirks and personality in the first session and beyond.
