Great to meet you!

Hi there—I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a licensed professional counselor with experience in both school-based and clinical settings. I work with teens (13+) and adults who are feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them.

My approach is warm, grounded, and practical. I combine supportive conversation with psychoeducation and tools to help you better understand yourself and build skills that actually work in your day-to-day life.

Whether we’re talking through tough emotions or finding new ways forward, you don’t have to do it alone.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, down-to-earth, and rooted in compassion. I believe in meeting clients where they are—offering a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore emotions, build awareness, and develop practical strategies. I draw from mindfulness, strengths-based, and somatic approaches, often incorporating creative or nature-based tools for healing when it feels right. Whether you're working through stress, burnout, anxiety, or relationship struggles, we move at your pace and focus on what matters most to you.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling seen, supported, and equipped with tools they can use in real life. Whether we're working through big emotions, burnout, or navigating relationships, my goal is to help you build insight, strengthen resilience, and feel more grounded. I create a calm, encouraging space where it’s safe to be honest, curious, and human—progress isn't always linear, but you won't walk it alone.
