Great to meet you!

I bring over a decade of experience supporting emotional growth and resilience in schools and private practice. I’m passionate about helping teens (12+) and adults navigate anxiety, depression, overwhelm, and life transitions. My style is grounded, calm, and collaborative — I strive to create a space where you feel safe being honest about what’s really going on beneath the surface.

My approach to therapy

I integrate mindfulness practices, DBT and CBT- informed skills, and somatic awareness (attention to the body to guide healing and growth) to help clients better understand their nervous systems and build practical tools for daily life. While insight is important, I also focus on helping you develop strategies that create meaningful, lasting change.

I believe therapy should honor your identity, values, and lived experience. Together, we move at a pace that feels steady while working toward greater clarity, regulation, and confidence.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we’ll get to know each other and explore what brought you to therapy. I’ll ask questions to understand your history, current challenges, and goals, and together we’ll start identifying patterns that may be contributing to stress or overwhelm. I’ll also introduce some practical strategies you can begin using right away. Most importantly, this session is a space to feel heard, understood, and supported as we start building a plan tailored to you.
