Great to meet you!

Identity-Focused Therapy & Internal Family Systems (IFS) for Women Ready for Lasting Change

You've accomplished a lot, but underneath the success you feel exhausted from always being the strong one. You may struggle with people-pleasing, overthinking, perfectionism, relationship challenges, or feeling disconnected from who you truly are. Even after previous therapy, you may sense there's a deeper layer that's still keeping you stuck.

I help women heal the lasting impact of rejection, childhood bullying, mother or father wounds, abandonment, grief, anxiety, and major life transitions using Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy. Together, we'll explore how these experiences have shaped your identity, relationships, and emotional patterns so you can move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and self-trust.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, trauma-informed, and tailored to your unique story. Whether you're navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship difficulties, or trying to rediscover yourself after years of putting everyone else first, our work will focus on helping you reconnect with who you are beneath the survival strategies you've relied on for so long.

If you're ready to stop simply coping and begin creating a life that feels more aligned with who you truly are, I'd be honored to support you.

Providing virtual therapy for adults throughout Florida and Washington.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and insight-oriented while also focusing on meaningful, lasting change. I believe many of the struggles women experience today—people-pleasing, perfectionism, anxiety, relationship challenges, and feeling disconnected from themselves—are rooted in relational experiences that shaped how they learned to survive.

Using Internal Family Systems (IFS), I'll help you understand the different parts of yourself with curiosity instead of criticism. Together, we'll explore the experiences that influenced your identity, heal emotional wounds with compassion, and develop healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.

I tailor therapy to your unique needs and integrate faith-based principles when desired and requested only. My goal is to help you move beyond simply managing symptoms so you can build a healthier, more grounded sense of who you are and approach life with greater clarity, confidence, and self-trust.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin understanding the bigger picture of your story. Rather than focusing only on your symptoms, we'll explore what has brought you to therapy, the experiences that have shaped you, and the patterns that continue to show up in your life, relationships, and sense of self.

You'll have space to share at your own pace, and together we'll begin identifying the themes, strengths, and protective strategies that have helped you survive. My goal isn't to judge or "fix" you—it's to help you understand yourself with greater compassion and clarity.

Many clients leave the first session feeling relieved because they begin to see that their struggles make sense in the context of what they've experienced. From there, we'll create a plan that supports your goals and helps you move toward lasting change.
