Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who is passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and create meaningful change. While I work as a full-time school counselor and part-time therapist, supporting others has always been at the center of my work.

I have experience working with clients across the lifespan, from children to older adults, with a particular focus on adolescents and young adults. My approach is authentic, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that growth happens when we combine self-awareness with intentional action. I value healthy boundaries, prioritize self-care, and encourage clients to build sustainable habits that support their well-being.

My approach to therapy

Clients often describe me as genuine, warm, and direct. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel supported, heard, and appropriately challenged.

I bring accountability, curiosity, and compassion to each session. I pay close attention to patterns, remember important details, and gently explore moments when your actions, thoughts, or goals may not align. I also recognize the importance of silence and reflection, allowing space for processing when needed.

My goal is to help you gain insight, build practical skills, and create meaningful change—all while bringing authenticity, warmth, and humor to the therapeutic process.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and determine whether we’re a good fit. We’ll spend time discussing your background, current concerns, strengths, and goals for therapy.

During the first few sessions, I focus on building rapport and gaining a deeper understanding of your experiences before diving into more challenging topics. Together, we’ll create a plan that aligns with your needs and identify goals that feel meaningful and achievable. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I want you to feel comfortable moving at a pace that works for you.
