Great to meet you!

I am a dynamic, authentic, and engaging clinical social worker committed to improving the mental health and wellbeing of clients. Extensive experience in outpatient community mental health has equipped me to care for clients with a wide variety of backgrounds. I graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelors in Psychology, and New York University with a Masters in Social Work.

My approach to therapy

I am an eclectic therapist, meaning I utilize different therapeutic modalities based on client's presentation. As a social worker, I am strength-based and person centered. I operate with cultural humility and am social justice oriented. I primarily lean into elements of CBT/DBT, existentialist, and humanistic therapy. I bring my authentic nature and genuine curiosity about human beings and their stories into my work with clients.

What you can expect from me

I am a highly relational and collaborative clinician. I will build a relationship with you and create a non-judgmental therapeutic space to explore. I follow your lead while challenging you to make connections within your life experiences and explore deeper, in order to better understand yourself. I will help you identify problems and set realistic, personalized goals to improve your life.
