Great to meet you!

I am a licensed professional counselor who loves helping individuals successfully navigate life’s challenges. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, ADHD, and a variety of other mental health concerns. I am passionate about providing a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their emotions, develop coping strategies, and work towards personal goals. I collaborate with each client to address their unique needs and foster long-term growth and well-being.

My approach to therapy

I primarily use strength-based and solution-focused techniques, empowering clients to tap into their innate resilience and problem-solving abilities. However, I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each individual, drawing from various therapeutic modalities as necessary. I believe in a collaborative process, where clients are active participants in their own growth.

What you can expect from me

Throughout our sessions together, we will work toward clarity, healing, and personal transformation. As active participants, clients often develop healthier coping mechanisms, gain new perspectives, and feel more empowered to navigate their challenges. Progress varies from person to person, but with commitment to the process, most clients report positive changes that contribute to a greater sense of well-being and fulfillment.
