Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with about three years of clinical experience treating individuals across the lifespan. My practice emphasizes evidence-based, patient-centered care with a strong focus on safety, collaboration, and long-term outcomes.

I utilize a holistic treatment approach that integrates psychopharmacology, psychoeducation, and supportive therapeutic techniques while considering biological, psychological, social, and cultural factors that influence mental health. I prioritize careful assessment, ongoing monitoring, and shared decision-making.

I am multilingual and fluent in English, French, Lingala, and Tshiluba; and I am familiar with Spanish at a basic level, allowing me to provide culturally informed care to diverse populations.

My professional goal is to support patients in achieving symptom stability, improved functioning, and sustained mental wellness in a respectful and supportive clinical environment.

My approach to therapy

I provide care that is compassionate, collaborative, and centered on the whole person. I take time to listen and understand not only symptoms, but also life experiences, cultural background, and personal goals.

Together, we develop thoughtful treatment plans that are evidence-based, realistic, and focused on safety and long-term healing. My goal is to create a supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered in your mental health journey.

What you can expect from me

What to Expect in Your First Session

Your first session is a time for us to get to know each other in a safe and supportive environment. I will take time to listen to your concerns, understand your history, and learn about your goals for care. We will discuss your symptoms, life experiences, current stressors, and any questions or concerns you may have.

I will also review relevant medical and mental health history to ensure a thoughtful and comprehensive assessment. Together, we will begin developing an individualized treatment plan that may include medication management, education, and supportive strategies tailored to your needs.

You can expect a compassionate, respectful, and collaborative approach. My priority is for you to feel heard, informed, and safe. There is no pressure to share more than you are comfortable with, and we will move at a pace that feels right for you.
