Great to meet you!

I consider myself a lifelong learner! I pursued professional degrees both in performance psychology and mental health counseling, and I love finding ways to blend the two in my practice. I like to think I create an approachable environment for someone to continue to learn as well.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I often pull from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy because I think it's core of understanding our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors is something anyone can apply. I also favor the practical ways we can implement psychological flexibility strategies from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. You might also find us exploring attachment theory rooted in Emotion Focused Therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

I often tell my clients "you don't owe me anything." I want you to feel empowered to share if and when you decide to invite me into your experience, and I'll meet you at whatever place in your life that is at this time!
