Great to meet you!

I have been a social worker for over 20 years having been honored by people who have shared their lives with me.

I have worked in a number of areas in the past 20 years. For 17 of those years, I have had the privilege working with people in the medical field and the patients they serve.

My approach to therapy

Sometimes, life can become a struggle and we need someone to walk beside us, truly listen, and help us along our path. I see my role as being the person to work with you on the struggles of life and collaborating a plan to help you move forward.

I believe everyone has the "answers" within themselves. When one's positive capacities are supported, one is more likely to act on their strengths. I would like to help you bring out your strengths and "answers" in yourself.

What you can expect from me

I want the person I'm meeting with to take the lead on what they want to discuss, what they want to change, and how they want to make that change.
