Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming, leaving you disconnected from yourself. You may be navigating transitions, stress, or patterns that feel hard to break. My work is about guiding you back to your body, your inner wisdom, and the alignment that comes with feeling truly at home within yourself. My clients seek a space to slow down, process emotions, and reconnect with themselves in a way that feels supportive, gentle, and empowering.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with individuals and couples seeking deeper connection & healing. My approach is rooted in somatic (body-based) therapy, helping you process emotions, stress, and life overall in a way that feels natural. Through somatic practices, we’ll work together to cultivate flow so you can move through life more aligned and at home in your body

What you can expect from me

Therapy is a space to reconnect to your body, emotions, and the life you want to create. Clients often leave sessions feeling more in tune with themselves, equipped with practical tools for self-regulation, and with a deeper understanding of their patterns and needs. If you're ready to feel more present and grounded, I’d love to support you in creating a healing path that feels nourishing, sustainable, and aligned with who you are.
