Great to meet you!

I believe that healing, growth, and change happen in safe, non-judgmental spaces, and that’s what I strive to create in our work together. I practice from a trauma-informed, person-centered lens, integrating Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and somatic approaches to support holistic healing and growth. That means I’ll tailor our sessions to your needs, preferences, and goals. Whether you’re here to process past experiences, manage stress, build healthier coping skills or reconnect with your sense of self, we’ll go at your pace.

My approach to therapy

As a DBT informed therapist, my approach is grounded in empathy, respect, and collaboration. You are the expert on your life; my role is to support you in exploring it with curiosity, clarity, and compassion. I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), somatic practices, and integrative techniques. I aim to create a safe, compassionate space where clients feel empowered to explore their experiences, build resilience, and reconnect with their inner strengths.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll explore what brings you to therapy, talk about your goals, and move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I’ll also share a bit about how I work so you can get a sense of whether it feels like a good fit. My priority is creating safety and connection so that you feel seen, heard, and supported from the start.
