Great to meet you!
I hold a master’s degree in social work and an undergraduate degree in anthropology, which gives me a deep understanding of identity, culture, generational dynamics, and how systemic stressors impact individuals and families. Much of my professional experience has been working with young adults and high-risk populations navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflict, academic stress, identity exploration, and major life transitions. Many clients I work with struggle with low self-esteem, emotional overwhelm, difficulty achieving goals, or feeling stuck in painful relational patterns. I believe every person can benefit from having a compassionate, unbiased space to process life’s challenges and build clarity, resilience, and direction.
