Great to meet you!

I am a Black, agender, and queer-identified therapist providing space for LGBTQIA2S+ and BIPOC folks to navigate identity and intergenerational trauma. I acquired a Master’s degree in Marital and Family Therapy from Alliant International University with a Certificate in Latin American Family Therapy. I have several years experience in residential treatment facilities imparting stress management and dialectical behavior skills through group, individual, and family therapy, and my recent experience has settled within community, providing gender affirming assessment and care.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and direct—focusing on unmasking, setting boundaries, and reclaiming your narrative from oppressive systems. In sessions, I work to co-create an environment where you can be yourself in whatever that entails–including challenging internalized prejudices and messages not endemic to our own personal and cultural values.

What you can expect from me

I work with relationship dynamics and conflict, clarity on ADHD, autism, OCD, and BPD overlaps, school and workplace burnout, and exploring self-concept through emotion regulation skills, values work, and building insight into patterns. Our first sessions always involve an in depth assessment, followed by co-creating the goals for your treatment plan.
