Great to meet you!

I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive environment where you can openly share your thoughts, needs, and goals. My approach is client-centered and collaborative - you decide what you want from therapy, and together we’ll work toward meaningful, lasting change. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, or feeling stuck in life, I’m here to help you navigate those challenges at your own pace.

My path to becoming a therapist began through social work, where I supported individuals experiencing homelessness, at-risk youth, and those impacted by trauma and abuse. These experiences shaped my compassionate, understanding approach and deepened my commitment to helping others heal. I work with clients facing emotional overwhelm, life transitions, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, and difficulty managing stress or past experiences.

My goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered as you move through challenges, build resilience, and work toward your personal and life goals.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy as a partnership, working alongside you to reach your goals and build practical tools for everyday life. I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, Reality Therapy, and trauma-informed care.

I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, and relationship difficulties. Together, we identify patterns, build coping strategies, and develop skills to improve emotional regulation and overall well-being. I believe therapy should feel supportive and comfortable, while also helping you grow and move forward.

While I take your goals seriously, I also believe healing can include moments of lightness. I create a welcoming, relaxed space where you can be yourself, celebrate progress, and build confidence along the way.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, we’ll focus on getting to know one another and understanding what brought you to therapy. You’ll have the opportunity to share your concerns, whether you're experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, or navigating a life transition. We’ll also discuss what you hope to gain from therapy and begin identifying goals.

I understand starting therapy can feel intimidating, so we’ll also talk about any concerns or hesitations you may have. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling comfortable, supported, and confident about moving forward. Together, we’ll begin building a plan that helps you create meaningful change and improve your overall well-being.
