With over 15 years as an educator, my Master's research focuses on alleviating stress, anxiety, depression, and common challenges faced by children and adolescents. I've also worked extensively with diverse adult populations, specializing in addiction recovery, co-occurring disorders, anxiety/depression, grief/loss, and life transitions. In therapy, my goal is to understand your unique beliefs, thoughts, and experiences to support your healthy growth and achieve your goals.

My approach to counseling is person-centered, flexible, and integrative, incorporating modalities such as traditional talk therapy, art therapy, person-centered, cognitive-behavioral, and solution-focused brief therapy.
