Great to meet you!

You may have spent so much time taking care of everyone else that you've forgotten what it feels like to take care of yourself. Anxiety, depression, family conflict, painful experiences, or major life transitions can leave you feeling emotionally exhausted, disconnected, and unsure where to turn next. Healing doesn't mean becoming someone different. It means reconnecting with the person you've always been beneath the stress and overwhelm. I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, family issues, women's issues, and trauma so they can build healthier relationships, regain confidence, and create a greater sense of peace in their everyday lives. I work with adults because I believe every person deserves a supportive space where they feel genuinely heard, understood, and empowered to move forward with hope.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be a collaborative experience where you feel safe enough to be honest while also leaving each session with practical tools you can begin using immediately. Together, we'll explore the experiences, emotions, and relationship patterns that may be keeping you stuck, identify the strengths you already possess, and develop healthier ways of coping that support lasting growth. My approach incorporates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion Focused Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Existential Therapy, Positive Psychology, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) because every client deserves an approach tailored to their unique experiences, strengths, and goals. Together, we can work through ADHD, grief and loss, OCD, LGBTQIA+ concerns, stress management, cultural and ethnic concerns, behavioral concerns, life transitions, emotional regulation, and relationship challenges, always adapting therapy to your individual needs.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, compassionate relationship where you feel accepted, encouraged, and supported without judgment. I'll meet you where you are while helping you recognize your strengths, celebrate your progress, and navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and self compassion. Whether you're hoping to heal from painful experiences, strengthen your relationships, better manage anxiety, or simply feel more like yourself again, we'll work together at a pace that feels right for you. My hope is that you leave each session feeling more resilient, more hopeful, and equipped with practical tools that continue supporting your growth and wellbeing long after therapy ends.
