Great to meet you!

I am a holistic and intuitive psychotherapist, an empath. I have been always passionate about healing, healing of the body and mind, and the bidirectional relationship between the two. It has been a lifelong journey of searching out various methods of healing which helped me to develop a skill method to assist others.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is multifaceted and allows me to see a person beyond the cluster of existing symptoms. I strive to meet each of my client’s unique needs, and help them to align their lives with their values. I guide my clients to create optimal well being for themselves by choosing thoughts and behaviors that work for them. The thought can make us sick and the thought can heal us.

What you can expect from our first session
