Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Kamin I have been working as a therapist for 9 years. I'm passionate about working with women of all walks of life and adolescents. I have a Bachelor's in Psychology from Texas A&M University and a Masters in Social Work from the University of West Florida.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each person’s unique needs. I believe that healing happens in safe, supportive relationships—where you feel truly heard, respected, and never judged. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, or simply trying to make sense of life’s transitions, I’m here to walk alongside you at your pace.

In my work with women and mothers, I help clients reconnect with themselves—beyond the roles, responsibilities, and pressures that can often feel overwhelming. With teens, I provide a space where they can open up freely, explore their identity, and build confidence in who they are.

Above all, I meet you where you are. Whether you're looking to process something painful, work through specific goals, or simply feel more grounded in your day-to-day life, I’ll support you with kindness, curiosity, and care.

What you can expect from me

Clients often tell me they leave our sessions feeling lighter, more grounded, and better equipped to handle what’s in front of them. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe to be yourself—no pressure to have it all figured out, no need to “perform.” Just a real, supportive place to explore what you’re going through.

In our work together, you can expect to:

  • Gain clarity about your thoughts, emotions, and patterns
  • Learn tools to manage anxiety, stress, or overwhelm
  • Build self-compassion and emotional resilience
  • Develop healthier boundaries and stronger relationships
  • Reconnect with your sense of identity, especially if you’ve lost touch with yourself through caregiving, parenting, or major life transitions

Whether we're processing past experiences or building new coping strategies, I’ll meet you with curiosity, honesty, and warmth. Therapy isn’t about being “fixed”—it’s about learning to move through life with more confidence, connection, and self-understanding.
