Great to meet you!

Most people who come to me have already tried the standard routes — therapy, medication, or both — and still haven't found the relief they're looking for. That's often because we've been treating the symptom without understanding the system underneath it. I'm a clinical psychologist and neuroscientist, and I bring both of those lenses into the room. I use brain mapping and neurophysiological assessment to get a real picture of how your brain is functioning, and then we build a treatment plan around that picture — not a generic one. I work primarily with adults dealing with ADHD, depression, mood dysregulation, and cognitive performance challenges. My approach is precise, personalized, and grounded in decades of clinical and research experience. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all treatment. Your brain is specific. Your care should be too.

My approach to therapy

I integrate clinical psychology with applied neuroscience. In practice, that means I often start with an assessment — brain mapping, neurophysiological profiling — to understand what's actually happening beneath the surface. From there, I draw on neurofeedback, neuromodulation, and evidence-based psychological interventions to support regulation, mood stability, and cognitive clarity. I don't separate mind from brain — they're the same system, and I treat them that way. I'm also a researcher, which means I stay close to what the science actually shows, and I'm skeptical of anything that isn't backed by it. My style in session is direct, curious, and collaborative. I ask hard questions, but I'm also genuinely interested in helping you understand what's happening — because understanding is itself therapeutic.

What you can expect from me

The first session is mostly a conversation — I want to understand your history, what's brought you here, and what you've already tried. I'll ask detailed questions about your symptoms, your cognitive and emotional patterns, and your goals. Depending on what we discuss, I may recommend starting with a neurophysiological assessment before we move into treatment. I won't rush to a diagnosis or a treatment plan in the first hour — I'd rather take the time to understand your situation properly than give you a quick answer that turns out to be the wrong one. You should leave the first session feeling like you were actually heard, and with a clear sense of what the next steps look like.
