Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with individuals in the heart of Texas. I’m certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and my career began supporting kids who had been through traumatic experiences. Since then, I’ve worked with people of all ages, walking alongside them as they face trauma, mental health struggles, and the ups and downs that come with being human.

I specialize in helping people work through depression, anxiety, and trauma. My goal is to create a space where you feel truly heard and supported, and where we can work together at your pace. I combine compassion with practical tools, always adapting my approach to fit your unique needs and goals.

When I’m not working, I love spending time with my husband, our toddler, and our pets. Singing with my son or getting lost in a good book brings me a lot of joy. I believe healing isn’t just about therapy, it’s also about finding connection, rest, and the little moments that make life meaningful.

My approach to therapy

My approach is flexible and personal. I draw from different therapy styles like trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused, and person-centered techniques. For kids, I blend talk therapy with play to help them make sense of their big emotions in ways that feel safe and natural.

What you can expect from me

My hope is to offer a safe space where anyone can process and heal through their experiences without feeling judged or belittled. I’m passionate about helping people move from surviving to truly living.

Trauma is not black and white, and no two stories are the same. Trauma doesn’t have to be something we just endure. Through healing, we can learn to see what inspires us to do more, be more, be us.
