Great to meet you!

Welcome! My name is Kandice Hightower, and I am a dual board certified nurse practitioner specializing in family and psychiatric mental health. With over 18 years of experience as a nurse, I am dedicated to providing compassionate, knowledgeable care to every person I work with. I have experience treating ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, and Bipolar Disorder, and I truly enjoy helping clients feel understood, supported, and empowered. If you are ready to take the first step, I would be happy to support you on this journey. Book today!

My approach to therapy

I take a holistic approach to care, meaning I look at your full story, not just your symptoms. Your mental, emotional, and overall well being all matter. I combine this with evidence based care to create a treatment plan that is tailored specifically to you. My goal is to meet you where you are and work alongside you to find what truly helps you feel better and function at your best.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a compassionate listener who is genuinely interested in understanding you. We will talk through your history, your concerns, and what you are hoping to gain from care. From there, we will begin developing a plan together that feels realistic and supportive, so you leave with clarity, direction, and a sense that you are not navigating this alone.
