Great to meet you!

Life can feel like a mix of twists, turns, and unexpected detours and sometimes we all need a safe space to pause, breathe, and find our footing again. I’m a Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of experience caring for children, teens, and adults in both hospital and outpatient settings. I’ve worked with people navigating depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and more. My approach is grounded in compassion, trauma-informed care, and a belief that even in hard seasons, there are opportunities for growth and healing. My goal is to meet you where you are and walk alongside you in the journey ahead.

My approach to therapy

I see treatment as a partnership. Together, we’ll explore what’s going on, set realistic goals, and create a plan that works for your life, not just on paper. This may include medication management, supportive therapy, and tools you can use every day. I consider the whole person, your physical health, environment, and experiences and use evidence-based practices while keeping our work grounded in empathy and understanding.

What you can expect from me

You’ll leave sessions with more than just information—you’ll have strategies you can put into practice right away, a clearer understanding of what you’re experiencing, and a plan that feels doable. My hope is that over time you’ll feel more in control of your symptoms, more confident in your strengths, and more connected to the life you want to build.
