Great to meet you!

With over 3 years of professional counseling experience and a master’s degree in Marriage, Couples, and Family Therapy, I am committed to supporting you through life transitions and relationship challenges. I provide counseling services for children ages 8 and older, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I work with clients navigating anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, grief, self-esteem challenges, and behavioral concerns. Together, we will partner to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and connected to your most authentic self.

My approach to therapy

My mission is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and respected. I view therapy as a collaborative process, and together we will identify your goals, explore the challenges you are facing, and build on your strengths to create meaningful, lasting change. I use an integrative approach tailored to your needs, drawing from modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and family- and couples-based approaches. Whether you are navigating personal struggles, family challenges, or relationship concerns, I am here to help you gain insight and develop healthy coping skills so you feel more confident in your ability to manage life’s difficulties.

What you can expect from me

I am committed to providing ethical, compassionate care and to creating an environment free from judgment, criticism, or discrimination. We will engage in a professional therapeutic relationship whereby I abide by the Code of Ethics provided by the American Counseling Association (ACA), the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) as well as the guidelines set forth by the State of Texas Administrative Code. Every client deserves to feel valued and supported throughout the counseling process. I am excited for the opportunity to work together to build the life you desire to live!
