Great to meet you!

My passion is to come alongside my clients to help in the process of developing hope, healing, and growth. I focus on helping my clients develop insight into areas contributing to distress or painful emotions, and work to help them experience peace and joy in the day-to-day.

I specialize in working with individuals who struggle with anxiety, OCD, intrusive thoughts, grief, and women's issues. I'm also passionate about working with first responders and their families.

My approach to therapy

Clients have described me as warm, bubbly, and personable. I am outgoing and love having meaningful conversations. I strive to create a safe environment where clients can feel free to be themselves and bring all that's burdening them into the therapy room.

While no one approach meets the needs of all, I primarily approach my client's struggles from a Psychodynamic/Attachment perspective and utilize CBT interventions.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, I will get to know my client through questions and space to process. Additionally, I will share a bit about myself as I know it can be challenging to open up to someone you know nothing about. I also give my clients the opportunity to ask questions.

I have a collaborative approach to goal-setting with my clients. Together, we will come up with goals and will periodically revisit these goals and adjust them if needed.
