Great to meet you!

Hi there! I am an LCSW. I have been working as a therapist for the last 8 years. As a first-generation Latina, I understand the complex layers that can come with navigating identity, family expectations, relationships and cultural values. I’m deeply committed to supporting individuals navigating the complexities of immigration, life transitions, generational trauma, and the stigma that often surrounds mental health in our communities. It’s an honor to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and transformation.

My approach to therapy

My approach is gentle & direct as I meet you where you are at a pace that feels right for you. I offer an honest safe space where you feel seen, heard, and supported as we untangle feelings and reshape the stories you tell yourself. We explore how early experiences, like childhood dynamics, attachment styles, or messages about who you had to be shaped how you see yourself now.

I began my journey as a child therapist working in schools, where I had the privilege of supporting children through some of their most formative years. It was there that I truly began to understand just how deeply early experiences and trauma can shape a person’s sense of self, their relationships, and the paths they pursue in life. My background has taught me to gently recognize the wounds that often begin in childhood and to spot the thought patterns that, though once protective, can hold us back as we grow.

What you can expect from me

In the first session you will start to explore what’s beneath the surface of what has made you the person you are. You might start noticing old beliefs or ways of doing things that used to help you feel safe, but may not serve you anymore. Together, throughout therapy we'll explore those patterns and work toward more clarity, self-awareness, and meaningful breakthroughs—so you can feel more confident and connected to who you really are.
