Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with experience supporting children, teens, and adults in both school and private practice settings. My background includes work in trauma-informed care, anxiety and mood disorders, life transitions, and identity development. I take a collaborative, strengths-based approach and often incorporate creativity and practical coping tools into our work together. My goal is to create a space where clients feel seen, understood, and empowered to grow at their own pace.

My approach to therapy

I work with clients in a collaborative and supportive way, tailoring therapy to fit each person’s needs and goals. My style is warm, direct, and down-to-earth, and I focus on helping clients build insight while also learning practical tools they can use in everyday life. I often draw from trauma-informed care, cognitive and behavioral strategies, and creative or reflective approaches to help people process experiences and move forward. Whether we’re working through anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, or past trauma, I aim to create a space where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and talking about what brings you to therapy at this point in your life. You can expect a supportive, judgment-free space where you can share at your own pace — there’s no pressure to have everything figured out right away. We’ll begin identifying your goals and what you’d like to feel different, while also exploring your strengths and supports. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer sense of how we can work together and what next steps might look like.
