Great to meet you!

I have been in the field for over 20 years helping people of all ages from preschool to adulthood and have experience working in residential treatment, foster care and adoption, the medical field, as well and as school and in-home settings. I have worked with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, PTSD/trauma, and parenting issues.

My approach to therapy

I'm here to listen and to help; never to judge or make things worse. Trauma and anxiety are hard and life is weird, having support is often what helps us through the hard things.

I'm here to help...on your timing. You don't have to do this alone and you won't have to do this overnight. Call when you're ready to start.

What you can expect from me

I offer a listening ear and a discerning mind for when you want to talk, and other options such as EMDR or sand tray for when you don't want to talk but still want to process. The process isn't always easy but you're worth it.
