Great to meet you!

There is a particular kind of exhaustion that comes from holding everything together on the outside while something feels off on the inside. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, grief, life transitions, and the kind of everyday stress that builds up quietly until it feels unmanageable. I have a particular focus on maternal and postpartum mental health, supporting people through the emotional and identity shifts that come with becoming a parent. As a bilingual therapist, I bring culturally responsive care to clients from diverse backgrounds and work to create a space where you feel genuinely understood.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and straightforward. Together we will work to understand what is happening beneath the surface and identify the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. From there, we build practical tools you can actually use between sessions. I tailor everything to you, making room for your experiences, culture, relationships, and individual strengths rather than applying a formula that was never built with you in mind. I am especially drawn to supporting people through anxiety and the emotional complexity of new parenthood, and I bring that same grounded attention to grief, relationship challenges, and the weight of managing it all at once.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is really about getting to know each other. I will ask about what you have been experiencing, what life looks like right now, and what you would like to be different. You do not need to arrive with the right words or a clear set of goals. We will start figuring that out together. I also want you to have space to ask me questions and get a sense of who I am, because finding someone you feel genuinely comfortable talking to is an important part of this. If something here resonated with you, I would love to connect.
