I specialize in in working with teenagers, adults, immigrants, people of color, college students and athletes. I have extensive experience working in the diversity, equity and social justice field and bring an identity-informed lens to all sessions. I have supported clients with anxiety, depression, stress management, life adjustment, life changes, relationships, cultural dissonance, identity formation, and career changes.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to aid clients in developing self-awareness, uncovering their innate potential and leading their lives with self-compassion. I lead with a person-first approach and partner with clients to hone tools and resources that can support them as they navigate the emotional disruption of life challenges.
