Great to meet you!

With over a decade of clinical experience as both a Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, I provide comprehensive, evidence-based care to individuals across the lifespan. My dual certification enables me to address both physical and mental health concerns through an integrated, patient-centered approach.

I am committed to delivering high-quality care rooted in compassion, respect, and clinical excellence. I believe in fostering strong therapeutic relationships, actively listening to my patients, and empowering them to participate in their healthcare decisions. My goal is to support each individual in achieving optimal health and improved quality of life through personalized, thoughtful treatment.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is holistic, integrative, and deeply patient-centered. As a Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of experience, I recognize that true healing involves more than treating symptoms — it requires understanding the connection between mind, body, and lifestyle.

I believe physical and mental health are inseparable. Stress, nutrition, sleep, environment, relationships, and emotional well-being all play vital roles in overall health. My goal is to identify root causes whenever possible and develop treatment plans that support the whole person.

I combine evidence-based medical treatment with integrative strategies such as lifestyle modification, nutritional guidance, stress management, preventive care, and when appropriate, medication management. I partner with my patients to create personalized care plans that align with their values, culture, and long-term wellness goals.

Compassion is at the heart of my practice. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered. My mission is to help individuals achieve balance, resilience, and sustainable health, not just temporary symptom relief.

Healing is a collaborative journey, and I am honored to walk alongside my patients every step of the way.
