Great to meet you!

You’ve been doing the “handle it yourself” thing for too long: smiling, overachieving, overthinking, over-apologizing. You know something has to change, but therapy sounds... boring, awkward, time consuming, or like just another item on a checklist. That’s where I come in. I don’t do fluff. I don’t sugarcoat. I help people who are ready to face the real stuff, untangle the chaos in their heads, and actually feel like themselves again!

My approach to therapy

Working with me is part therapy, part reality check, and part deep dive into your life. We’ll tackle anxiety, burnout, self-doubt, people-pleasing, or that nagging “what am I even doing?” feeling while giving you real tools, lasting insight, and a safe space to say what you’ve been holding in.

What you can expect from me

We will work together to explore your needs and create an individual treatment plan. If you’re ready to stop surviving and start living on your terms, I’ll meet you there. No jargon. No judgment. No toxic positivity. Just real talk, real healing, and a space where your whole self is welcome; especially the messy parts!
