Welcome to my profile and congratulations on taking the first step on your journey towards change and living your life with more peace. Hailing from Florida originally, my degree is from the University of South Florida and the University or Sarasota (Argosy University). My focus is on working with clients of all genders and identities to heal from addictions, trauma, anxiety of transitional issues. I believe that a better life is possible and everyone deserves to live without fear.

My approach to therapy

I use a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Action Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Therapy to help persons make significant changes in their functioning. I am trained in narrative trauma processing and and EMDR. I have over 25 years of experience helping persons to overcome addictions, OCD and relationship or sex addiction. I hope to meet you where you at and use the best method for you!
