My goal is to help you build the life you desire while working with you through the most challenging of circumstances. I especially like working with individuals who are ready to do the hard stuff to get where they want to be. I have experience with family conflict (divorce, coparenting, etc.), anxiety, dealing with narcissistic individuals, infertility, and other stressors in life.
I want to partner with you to find the best life possible. It takes a lot of work to get there, and that's why I want to take the journey alongside you and cheer you on as you go. I am solution-focused and goal oriented and take a holistic approach to finding the person you were created to be and a life you love living!
I will challenge you with things to work on or try between sessions. I am a firm believer that growth happens best when we are constantly aware of the things we want to achieve. I do not believe progress is made in only an hour every week or so. I see the therapy session as the team meeting where we decide how we'll do the work before we meet back up again!
