Great to meet you!

Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, and I believe the relationship you develop with your therapist matters deeply. I bring more than 25 years of experience in the mental health field and have been in private practice since 2007. My work is grounded in Jungian psychology and depth-oriented psychotherapy, with particular expertise in relationships, sexuality and intimacy, life transitions, and the deeper patterns that shape how we understand ourselves and relate to others. I am also an AASECT-certified sex therapist.

My approach to therapy

My approach is depth-oriented, engaged, and collaborative. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I am interested in understanding the patterns beneath them - particularly the unconscious beliefs, relational dynamics, and blind spots that can keep us repeating behaviors and experiences we no longer want.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for me to get to know you and understand what brings you to therapy at this particular point in your life. We'll explore what you're experiencing now, along with the personal, relational, and life experiences that may be contributing to it.

I tend to be engaged and curious from the beginning, so you can expect our first meeting to feel like a real therapeutic conversation rather than simply an intake. Together, we'll begin identifying important patterns, clarifying what you hope to understand or change, and developing a sense of where our work might take us. You are always welcome to bring dreams, relationship concerns, questions about sexuality or intimacy, or other aspects of your inner life that feel important to you.
