Great to meet you!

I know it takes a lot of courage to reach out, especially when life feels overwhelming or you’ve been carrying pain for a long time. I’ve been a therapist for over 25 years, working with adults of all ages who are navigating anxiety, the impacts of childhood trauma, mood changes, and relationship struggles. I offer a warm, gentle, and nonjudgmental space where you can bring all parts of yourself, and we’ll move at a pace that feels safe and respectful to your story.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), a non-pathologizing, compassionate way of understanding your inner world and the different “parts” of you that may feel anxious, sad, or protective. I also integrate mindfulness-based, relational, and attachment-focused therapies to help you develop more self-awareness, emotional regulation, and a deeper sense of calm and authenticity in your life and relationships.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know you, what’s bringing you in, and what you’re hoping will feel different in your life. I’ll ask gentle questions about your current concerns, your history, and what has or hasn’t helped before. You can expect a calm, supportive environment where you won’t be judged or rushed, just accompanied. Together, we’ll begin to outline a plan that feels manageable and focused on helping you feel more grounded and at ease, both in and outside of therapy.
