I am a proud Combat Veteran who served for 8 years in the United States Air Force. After transitioning into the field of teaching, I pursued a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Texas at San Antonio, becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
With specialized certifications in trauma-focused therapies, I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). Additionally, I have completed Level 2 training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy.
I want to help my clients let go of who society has told them they are and allow them to find their true identity.
