Great to meet you!

I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and the challenges of motherhood and postpartum life. One of my strengths is helping clients connect the dots between their past experiences and current struggles while developing practical tools to create meaningful, lasting change.

My goal is not simply to help you manage symptoms, but to help you better understand yourself, build confidence, establish healthier patterns, and feel more equipped to navigate life's challenges. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and we will work together at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach to therapy

I take an individualized approach to counseling because I recognize that no two people experience life's challenges in the same way. I incorporate evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), solution-focused techniques, Schema Therapy and insight-oriented therapy to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and patterns.

I believe therapy should be a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and supported without judgment. My approach is warm, compassionate, and conversational, while also being direct and honest when needed. I strive to create an environment where clients feel at ease being themselves, even when discussing difficult or uncomfortable experiences.

What you can expect from me

Your first session with me will be a warm, inviting, and judgment-free experience where you can feel comfortable being yourself. My goal is to create a relaxed and supportive environment where we can begin getting to know one another and building a trusting therapeutic relationship. We’ll discuss what brought you to therapy, explore some of your personal history, and identify the challenges you’re currently facing and what you hope to gain from counseling. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I want you to leave your first session feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the work we can accomplish together.
