Great to meet you!

It's so nice to meet you! My hope for therapy is that it becomes a warm, compassionate, safe space to process and to grow as an individual.

I bring over a decade of clinical experience working with adolescents and adults navigating depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, and significant life transitions. My therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based practice, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure-Based interventions, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), with mindfulness principles integrated throughout our work together.

My approach to therapy

I offer a highly tailored and collaborative approach to therapy. I prioritize establishing a strong therapeutic relationship, one in which you feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely understood. Together, we will identify your unique goals and needs, ensuring that our work is purposeful, meaningful, and aligned with what you hope to achieve. My aim is to support you in making the most of our time together and in fostering lasting personal growth.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will begin by getting to know one another and exploring what has brought you to therapy at this time. Together, we will identify your individual goals and establish a solid foundation for our work moving forward. As therapy continues, we will deepen our therapeutic relationship and collaboratively work toward the goals we have set, with the aim of enhancing your resilience and confidence in navigating life’s challenges.
