Great to meet you!

As a licensed clinical social worker, I support individuals who are going through life transitions, seeking identity exploration and/or are navigating interpersonal conflicts and life stressors. Specifically, I have years of experience working with people who struggle with anxiety- racing thoughts, rumination and overthinking, perfectionism, executive dysfunction, and adjustment disorders . Whether you are brand new to therapy or returning with years of experience, I meet you where you are with compassion, and respect for your individual path.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, grounded, and attuned. I blend culturally sensitive, evidence-based practices—including CBT, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness—to help you contextualize and confront emotional difficulties. I also integrate psychodynamic and strengths- based perspectives to gain deeper insight into origins and patterns of your behavior and psychosocial stressors.

What you can expect from me

When working with me you can expect to be greeted by a warm smile and in a welcoming, nonjudgmental space. My practice is rooted in my natural gifts of empathy, warmth, and curiosity. You may be moving through a transition, navigating grief or burnout, or feeling stuck. Together, we’ll explore how to soften old protective patterns, reconnect with your intuition, and cultivate greater self-acceptance, and meaning in your life.
