Great to meet you!

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially when life already feels heavy. You may be feeling stuck in the same patterns, overwhelmed by stress, disconnected from your partner or family, or weighed down by anxiety, depression, or painful past experiences. I work with individuals, couples, and families who want things to feel different but are not always sure where to begin. In our work together, we will slow things down and make space for what you are carrying. We will look at the patterns, emotions, and experiences shaping your daily life, while also identifying practical ways to help you feel more grounded, understood, and hopeful. My goal is to help you move toward healthier relationships, greater emotional clarity, and lasting change that feels meaningful in everyday life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and rooted in evidence-based care. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe enough to be honest and supported enough to grow. Together, we will set clear and realistic goals based on what matters most to you, whether that means managing anxiety, working through depression, healing from trauma, improving communication, or adjusting to a major life transition. I will help you explore how your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and past experiences may be influencing the present, while also offering practical tools you can use outside of session. My style is warm, direct, and nonjudgmental, and I strive to create a space where you feel heard, respected, challenged in helpful ways, and empowered to try new ways of coping and connecting.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a therapy space that is compassionate, structured, and focused on helping you make real progress. I know that reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, so I work to meet you with care, curiosity, and honesty from the very beginning. Whether you are navigating a difficult transition, processing trauma, feeling emotionally exhausted, or wanting stronger and more fulfilling relationships, we can work together to better understand what is happening and what healing can look like for you. I will support you in building insight, strengthening coping skills, and creating changes that feel sustainable over time. If you are ready to take the next step, I invite you to schedule a session so we can talk about what you need right now and create a plan that helps you move forward with more confidence and support.
