Great to meet you!

I have spent more than 20 years helping people understand the patterns, relationships, and experiences that shape how they move through the world. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and EMDRIA Certified Therapist, I specialize in trauma recovery, attachment and relational wounds, identity development, and major life transitions.

Many of my clients are cycle breakers: insightful and capable people who recognize that understanding their patterns has not always been enough to change them. I have particular experience supporting women through relationship loss, postpartum and reproductive transitions, perimenopause, spiritual or religious change, and the lasting impact of early life and generational trauma. I bring warmth, humor, intuition, and more than a decade of private practice experience to this work.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, curious, and collaborative. I integrate EMDR, somatic psychotherapy, attachment theory, and practical relational therapy to help you move beyond simply understanding your patterns and begin creating deeper change. I pay attention to the connection between the mind, body, relationships, and personal spirituality, adapting our work to what feels meaningful and effective for you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a conversation, not an interrogation. I want to understand what brings you to therapy, what has shaped you, and what you hope might feel different. You don't need to arrive with a perfectly organized story or clear goals. We will begin identifying important patterns, talk about how I work, and create a thoughtful direction for therapy together.
