Great to meet you!

As a clinical social worker, I have faith in your personal strengths and deep knowing. I feel honored in my role as witness to your story. I have worked in community and immigrant mental health for 6 years and am deeply committed to supporting our diverse systems of healing. I have completed training in Motivational Interviewing, EMDR, DBT, CBT and PCBH.

My approach to therapy

I try to help my clients develop insight around their challenges and how to support themselves long term. I utilize humanistic values in every interaction while pulling from relational, behavioral and wholistic therapies. I hope to share power with you during our sessions and create a space of collaboration and creativity.

What you can expect from me

After session I hope you feel validated and heard. Some sessions may be more challenging (that means we hit on an opportunity for growth!), however my goal is to provide insightful feedback that is useful in your ever day life.
