Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with an education in social work and experience supporting individuals with a variety of social, emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs. My professional experience has allowed me to develop a strong understanding of the importance of meeting individuals where they are and recognizing the unique experiences, strengths, and challenges each person brings. I am passionate about helping others feel supported, understood, and empowered as they navigate life's challenges.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, compassionate, and client-centered. I believe that building a trusting therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful growth and change. I strive to create a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free space where you can feel comfortable being yourself, expressing your thoughts and emotions, and exploring challenges at your own pace. I take a collaborative and strengths-based approach, recognizing that you are the expert in your own life. Together, we can identify goals, explore patterns, build coping strategies, and work toward positive changes that align with your individual needs.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my goal is to help you feel comfortable, welcomed, and heard. We will spend time getting to know one another, discussing what brings you to therapy, exploring your current concerns, and identifying what you hope to gain from our time together. There is no pressure to have everything figured out or to share more than you feel comfortable with. Therapy is a process, and we will move at a pace that feels right for you. My hope is that you leave our first session feeling supported, encouraged, and confident that you have a space where you can show up as your authentic self.
